A Mountain Town,
Then a Front Range Home

High Desert Chocolates began in Sisters, Oregon, a tiny mountain town where we built our craft, learned our customers' names, and earned a reputation as the place where kindness and chocolate met daily.

In early 2026, we packed up the kitchen, the molds, and the recipes, and made the move to Downtown Windsor, Colorado. New town, new neighbors, same handcrafted approach to every truffle, every macaron, every cookie.

"Our mission is to spread kindness & create memories, bringing a smile to every customer's face one dessert at a time."

Windsor welcomed us in. We're putting down roots, hiring locally, sourcing where we can, and building this into something more than a chocolate shop. Coffee in the morning. Conversation all day. And yes, chocolate whenever the sweet tooth hits.

Made by Hand

Every truffle, every macaron, every cookie is made in our shop by us, with real ingredients.

Small-Batch Quality

We make smaller batches more often instead of big batches occasionally. It's slower, it's harder, and it's the only way the chocolate tastes the way we want.

Community First

Our doors are for everyone. Coffee meetups, book clubs, birthday parties, business lunches, you name it. If it brings people together, we want it happening here.
